🐪 10th Dhul-Hijjah (Eid Day)
This is a busy day, also known as Yawm al-Nahr (Day of Sacrifice).
✅ You do four main actions (can be in any order, but this is preferred):
- Ramy (Stoning) at Jamarat al-Aqaba
- Throw 7 pebbles at the biggest pillar (Jamrat al-Aqaba).
- Say “Allahu Akbar” with each throw.
- Qurbani (Sacrifice an animal)
- You may do it yourself or arrange for it via an official agency.
- Halq or Taqsir (Shave or trim hair)
- Men: Shave head or cut hair short.
- Women: Cut a small portion (finger tip length) of hair.
- Tawaf al-Ifadah (Main Hajj Tawaf)
- Return to Makkah and perform Tawaf and Sa’i (if you didn’t do Sa’i after Tawaf Qudum).
- This is Fard (mandatory).
You are now in a state of partial release from Ihram — can wear normal clothes but no intimacy yet.
🏕 11th Dhul-Hijjah (4th Day of Hajj)
- Go to Mina.
- Perform Ramy (stoning):
- Throw 7 pebbles each at all three Jamarat:
- Small (Jamarah al-Sughra)
- Medium (Jamarah al-Wusta)
- Big (Jamarah al-Aqaba)
- Throw 7 pebbles each at all three Jamarat:
- Total = 21 pebbles
⏰ Throw after Zawal (midday).
🏕 12th Dhul-Hijjah (5th Day of Hajj)
- Again perform Ramy at all 3 Jamarat after Zawal.
- 7 pebbles each, total = 21.
- After stoning, you may:
- Leave Mina before sunset to end Hajj (this is called Nafr-e-Awwal),
- OR stay another night in Mina for the 13th (this is Nafr-e-Thani, also Sunnah).
✅ 13th Dhul-Hijjah (Optional but Sunnah)
- Same as previous two days:
- Throw 7 pebbles at each Jamarat = 21 pebbles.
- After stoning, leave Mina before Maghrib.
